Bend it like LVD

LVD, a Belgian world player

LVD, a worldplayer

This year, LVD is making a serious internal leap forward by taking over the Belgian automation department of the German robot manufacturer Kuka.

LVD's acquisition of the automation company COMPAC (Urbino, Italy) in 2019 has already resulted in a significant expansion to include tower and warehouse systems. The current establishment of LVD Robotic Solutions is a further step in this automation strategy with the main goal to offer affordable automation in more applications.

With Kuka, we can move beyond the traditional cutting, punching and bending to become a builder of automated production lines.

Laser cutting & punch-nibbling

Specialising in machines such as laser cutting machines, punch-nibbling machines or press brakes, they are not well known to the general public. However, they are crucial in numerous industrial processes. The machines use state-of-the-art software, laser and robot technology.

Last year, the family business won its largest order ever for one of the world's largest manufacturers of construction equipment.
